TENT5C and bladder transitional cell carcinoma: Bioinformatics analysis based on the Kaplan Meier-plotter database showed that high FAM46C expression was significantly related to an increased risk for favorite clinical outcome in patients with BLCA, cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC), HNSC, KIRC, LUAD, ovarian cancer (OC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAD), SARC, or uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) (Figure 2A), suggesting that FAM46C may commonly act as a prognosis factor in cancers; however, its role in prostate cancer remains unclear.
