Fig 9(d)–9(f) shows the effect of IFN+Abs in the MM as the neutralization rate, kA, is increased. Low binding affinity Abs (kA ≤ 200 h−1) cannot clear the infection. As kA increases, viral titer decay rates increase, leading to infection resolution within 11dpi–16dpi. However, the time to infection resolution remains longer than the 6dpi–8dpi typically observed for IAV infections in humans [33, 34]. Here, DDX41 is linked to infection.
