There were common ncRNAs between group A and group B. Seven lncRNAs (RP11-452F19.3, AC005537.2, CDKN2B-AS1, SBF2-AS1, RP11-399K21.11, ENTPD1-AS1, and SNHG7) and 29 miRNAs including miR-362-3p and miR-590-3p mentioned above were unique in group A. SNHG7 can promote the proliferation, migration, and invasion and inhibit apoptosis in lung cancer, gastric cancer, or brain cancer [44–46]. This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2B and lung carcinoma.
