Although, the pooled overall OR and 95% CI showed no significant difference in MIR31HG expression analysis in various clinical stage (OR = 1.41, 95% CI 0.772.56) and LNM (OR = 1.65, 95% CI 0.932.91), after subgroups analysis by cancer type, the results suggested that upregulated expression of MIR31HG indicated the advanced clinical stage (OR = 6.26, 95% CI 3.5311.11) and higher risk of LNM in lung cancer (OR = 2.08, 95% CI 1.044.15) (Fig. 3c, d). Here, MIR31HG is linked to lung cancer.
