Actually, H19 over-expression promoted the malignant behaviors, including aggressive proliferation, clonogenicity, EMT process, migration, invasion in vitro and rapid growth and metastasis in vivo, of different types of cancer cells while H19 silencing mitigates their malignant behaviors (Sun et al. 2019; Ma et al. 2018; Si et al. 2019; Peng et al. 2017; Zhang et al. 2018; Jiang et al. 2016).
