Conversely, we observed that the patients with NSCLC and presenting with KRAS mutations expressed PD-L1 more frequently (65% of TPS values ≥1%) compared with patients with NSCLC without KRAS mutations (47% of TPS values ≥1%), resulting in a significant association between the two categorical variables (P=0.024; Table III).
