Patients diagnosed with other severe forms of PID (Other PID, n = 11) had diverse molecular defects [ZAP70 (n = 1), WAS (n = 2), PNP (n = 1), FOXP3 (n = 1) del22q11.2 (DiGeorge n = 2; complete DiGeorge n = 2), CDC42 (n = 1) and FAS (n = 1)] (see Table 2 and Supplemental Figure 3). This evidence concerns the gene CDC42 and pelvic inflammatory disease.
