In addition, the results showed that low expression of CLEC3B predicted poorer PFS than high expression in all lung cancer patients (HR = 0.60, 95% CI 0.49–0.74, p = 8.3e−07), ADC patients (HR = 0.50, 95% CI 0.36–0.69, p = 1.6e−05) and SCC patients (HR = 0.40, 95% CI 0.23–0.67, p = 0.00038) (Fig. 4d–f). This evidence concerns the gene CLEC3B and lung carcinoma.
