Collectively, TNFRSF1A expression was significantly associated with the molecular characteristics and subtypes, and its overexpression was related to a poor prognosis, indicating that TNFRSF1A was a novel and promising Mesenchymal-associated biomarker in molecular subtypes of gliomas and might play critical roles in target therapy in the future. The gene discussed is TNFRSF1A; the disease is glioma.
