Taken together, TNFRSF1A expression was upregulated in gliomas, increased as the advances of WHO grade, and was related to various clinical features (including age, microvascular proliferation, necrosis, chemotherapy and radiotherapy status, recurrence and KPS) in gliomas, suggesting that TNFRSF1A might be a potential target gene related to diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of gliomas. The gene discussed is TNFRSF1A; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
