Based on the datasets from GEO, TCGA and CGGA, TNFRSF1A could differentiate the various subtypes of gliomas, and more importantly, its expression level in Mesenchymal subtype gliomas was higher than other subtypes (Figures 4L–P; Supplementary Tables 1, 4, 6). This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF1A and glioma.
