To perform the gain-of-function, we measured the expression of lnc-TLN2-4:1 in six GC cell lines, including AGS, MKN45, MGC803, BGC823, SGC7901, and MKN74 and found that BGC823 and SGC7901 almost have the lowest expression of lnc-TLN2-4:1 (Figure 3(a)); thus, we performed the ectopic expression of lnc-TLN2-4:1 in the two GC cells using a lentivirus containing lnc-TLN2-4:1-overexpressing vectors (Figure 3(b)). Here, TLN2 is linked to gastric cancer.
