We found that high expression of mPD-L1 correlated with AFP (OR = 1.46; 95% CI: 1.16–1.84; P = 0.001), history of hepatitis (OR: 0.72; 95% CI: 0.54–0.98; P = 0.03), tumor differentiation (OR = 0.68; 95% CI: 0.55–0.84; P = 0.03), and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (OR: 3.39; 95% CI: 1.06–10.91; P = 0.04; Figure 3A–D).
