VEGFA and vitreous hemorrhage: Although both observation and IVI of anti-VEGF can lead to clearance of vitreous hemorrhage after some variable time, early vitrectomy can be done for patients who seek rapid vision regain and are not comfortable with having poor vision even for one eye for many months as in certain occupations such as drivers, even if VH is being cleared with remaining floater of a blood clot coming intermittently in front of his central vision.
