MUC5B and pneumonia: In the “Asian” subgroup, we also observed a positive association between MUC5B rs35705950 and the high risk of pneumonia under the genetic models of allelic T vs. G (OR = 2.76), carrier T vs. G (OR = 2.47), GT vs. GG (OR = 2.78), and GT + TT vs. GG (OR = 2.78) (all Passociation < 0.001, Bonferroni-Passociation < 0.006; FDR-Passociation < 0.0010).
