Kaplan–Meier analysis revealed that CRC patients with high densities of ST2-positive cells and FoxP3-positive Tregs in the tumor stroma tended to have a significantly shorter overall survival time compared with patients with low densities of ST2-positive cells and FoxP3-positive Tregs (Fig. 5A,B). The gene discussed is FOXP3; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
