Therefore, it was demonstrated that NIR-FE detection of selected biomarkers (cTnI) by the pGold chip assay achieved high diagnostic capability (AUC of 0.976) with a low sample volume of 10 μL of serum only, in screening of MI toward potential POCT, which is consistent with previous literature and confirms the key role of cTnI in the diagnosis of MI.
