TNNI3 and myocardial infarction: Still unsatisfactory diagnostic sensitivity of 86.61% and specificity of 66.07% were obtained using the pGold chip assay, based on the lowered cutoff concentration by pGold (3.13 ng mL−1 for CK-MB, Fig. 3, Tables 1, 2), which was consistent with previous literatures47,48 and confirmed the key role of cTnI over CK-MB in the diagnosis of MI.
