The remaining seven genes, including APOC1, APOC2, APOC4 (Marioni et al. 2018), APOE (Ramanan et al. 2014), CLPTM1 (Jansen et al. 2019), PVRL2 (Jun et al. 2017), and TOMM40 (Cruchaga et al. 2011) have all been associated with Alzheimer’s disease. The gene discussed is NECTIN2; the disease is early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
