RSV effectively suppressed the growth of pancreatic cancer (PaCa) in an orthotopic mouse model through the downregulation of NF-κB, cyclin D1, COX-2, intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), matrix metallopeptidase-9 (MMP-9), and survivin [8]. Here, NFKB1 is linked to permanent neonatal diabetes mellitus-pancreatic and cerebellar agenesis syndrome.
