The localization of PA2G4P4 RNA was almost overlapping with the immunostaining for EBP1 in both normal tissues (Figure 3A, lower panels) and in the BlCa tumors (Figure 3B, lower panels), with the only exception of tumor blood vessels being immunoreactive for EBP1 (Figure 3B, lower panel), but negative for the presence of PA2G4P4 transcripts (Figure 3B, upper panel). Here, PA2G4P4 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
