For the purpose of investigating the inhibitory effect toward NF-κB of (20S)G-Rh2 in breast cancer cells, a cellular thermal shift assay was performed with MDA-MB-231 cells and MCF-7 cells; (20S)G-Rh2 increased the thermal stability of Anxa2 in both cell lines (Figure 3A), indicating (20S)G-Rh2 bound to Anxa2 in MDA-MB-231 cells and MCF-7 cells.
