LINC00511 facilitates the breast cancer cell proliferation, invasion and stemness via regulation on miR-185-3p/E2F1/Nanog axis; LINC00511 is induced by SP1 and sponges miR-124-3p to up-regulate CCND2, thus accelerating glioma progression; LINC00511 positively regulates VEGFA expression through endogenously sponging miR-29b-3p to increase cell proliferation, migration, invasion and endothelial tube formation in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma [13–15].
