PIK3CA and urinary bladder carcinoma: Figure 3 shows the hierarchical clustering heatmap. GO enrichment analysis was performed to elucidate the biological functions of the DEGs. Figure 4A shows the top 30 enriched GO terms which were associated with tumor immune cell response and composition of extracellular matrix (ECM). As shown in Figure 4B, KEGG pathway analysis showed that the DEGs were mainly enriched in the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction, Ras signaling pathway, chemokine signaling pathway, ECM–receptor interaction, and bladder cancer.
