RHBDF2 and ovarian carcinoma: iRhom2 has been implicated in the pathogenesis of a number of cancer types including oesophageal and ovarian cancer [4], while its closely associated family member, iRhom1, is implicated in EGFR signalling in head and neck cancer [5], but evidence for a specific role for iRhom2 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) has not been described.
