Quantitative evaluation revealed that the percentage of caspase-3-positive cells was significantly (p < 0.01) reduced by anti-TNFR1 compared to control-Ab treatment of NAFLD mice (15.0 ± 1.6% vs. 33.9 ± 1.4%; Fig. 2b). This evidence concerns the gene CASP3 and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
