The interplay among NFΚB, Nrf2 and AR signaling pathways in PCa [1] with the modulation of the expression of p65 [12], as we observed, as well as NRF2 in prostate cells after ZEA exposure, indicates the possible involvement of NFΚB signaling in ZEA-induced toxicity. The gene discussed is NFE2L2; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
