IL10 and neoplasm: Activated B cells showed a significant IgG2b-dependent anti-tumor activity, however, a particular subset of B lymphocytes, known as regulatory B cells (Bregs), CD19+CD24hiCD38hi, are able to induce immune tolerance by producing high levels of IL-10 and/or TGF-β, inhibiting Th1 and promoting Treg activity [15,16].
