Additionally, several TRIM proteins have been found to be involved in blood cancers, including acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL), B-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia (B-ALL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) and AML [15–18].
