ZC3H12A and cancer: The last and biggest subnetwork (Figure 3D) including 10 core genes (ALK, DEF6, GRIK2, GRIN2B, HIVEP2, KRT18, LRP2, LRRC7, TIAM1, UBXN11) and 6 expansion genes (KLC2, MYO5B, PTPRE, SETD5, TRMT2A, and ZC3H12A), most of which served as important components of multiple signaling pathways and involved in regulation of cancer cell.
