The last and biggest subnetwork (Figure 3D) including 10 core genes (ALK, DEF6, GRIK2, GRIN2B, HIVEP2, KRT18, LRP2, LRRC7, TIAM1, UBXN11) and 6 expansion genes (KLC2, MYO5B, PTPRE, SETD5, TRMT2A, and ZC3H12A), most of which served as important components of multiple signaling pathways and involved in regulation of cancer cell. The gene discussed is SETD5; the disease is cancer.
