The results indicated that silencing of MSRB3 significantly suppressed tumor cell growth and restrained cell migration of MKN45 as shown in Figure 5C, D. Furthermore, depletion of MSRB3 suppressed the phosphorylation levels of Akt and Erk which were the key proteins in PI3K-AKT signaling pathway and consistent with the results of the KEGG enrichment analysis (Figure 5E).
