In our study, we found that miR-101-3p inhibitor could upregulate the expression of SNHG6 and E2F8 in CCA cells, and luciferase assay indicated that SNHG6 could bind to miR-101-3p and miR-101-3p could also bind to E2F8 3′-UTR. The gene discussed is SNHG6; the disease is cholangiocarcinoma.
