In addition to affecting inflammation, IL35 reduces cardiac rupture, improves wound healing, and attenuates cardiac remodeling in mice with myocardial infarction by activating CX3C chemokine receptor 1 (Cx3cr1) and transforming growth factor beta-1 (Tgfβ1) in macrophages via phosphorylating Stat1 and Stat4 63. Here, CX3CR1 is linked to myocardial infarction.
