Taken together, our results allow the conclusion that CSN6 is an oncogene acting on cancer stemness signalling molecules, including TRIM21, OCT1 and ALDH1A1, and we propose that these molecules could be useful markers for cancers and are targets for anticancer drug development to improve the efficacy of chemotherapy and hinder tumour recurrence. This evidence concerns the gene ALDH1A1 and neoplasm.
