HLA-DQB1*06:02 was a major genetic factor for the onset of narcolepsy [47–51], and the T cell receptor alpha gene (TRA) and purinergic receptor P2Y, G-protein coupled, 11 gene (P2RY11) were also reported to be associated with narcolepsy [52, 53]. The gene discussed is HLA-DQB1; the disease is narcolepsy.
