After transfecting A172 and U87 cells with miR‐155‐3p (Figure 5A), the role of Six1 was evaluated on the growth‐promoting role of miR‐155‐3p in glioma cells by cotransfecting miR‐155‐3p mimics and human Six1 plasmids into A172 and U87cells. This evidence concerns the gene SIX1 and central nervous system cancer.
