Furthermore, the clinicopathological significance of OCT3/4 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) and its correlation with occurrence and prognosis were investigated using CSCC tissue and normal cervical tissue, finding that OCT3/4 expression was higher in CSCC tissue than in normal cervical tissue; in addition, the expression of OCT3/4 and SOX2 was significantly related to the Wnt signaling pathway (54).
