LAMP1 and neoplasm: As expected, tumor infiltrated NK cells in Ccl5ΔPE/ΔPE and in Runx3ΔY/ΔY mice exhibited an increase and decrease in CD107a (LAMP-1) expression, respectively, which is indicative of lytic granule releases and is widely used as a functional marker of NK cell activation (Supplementary Fig. 5b), although NK cells in nontumor tissues in all three lines similarly did not express CD107a.
