PPI analysis showed that some genes are located at the center of the PPI network, belonging to the hub gene, such as Tβ4, ARHGAP6, ADAMTS15, CHRD, and SPOCK1. Based on the results of GO, KEGG, and PPI analyses, we suggest that these five genes are most closely associated with the growth and development of HF. The gene discussed is SPOCK1; the disease is hydrops fetalis.
