Compound 3 can inhibit the expression levels of TLR4, myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88), and activation of NF-κB, leading to the inhibition of inflammatory responses in a rat model of ischemic stroke, suggesting that Compound 3 acts as an anti-inflammatory agent against ischemic stroke via the inhibition of the TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway [91].
