SGCB and Fabry disease: The results revealed that microinjection of NMDA receptor antagonist MK-801 into hippocampi restored gastric motility of FD rats, application of nNOS and sGC antagonists repeated the effect of MK-801 on gastric motility, and EA had no further effects on gastric motility in the presence of these antagonists in FD rats, indicating that NMDAR, NO, and cGMP play a critical role in the regulation of gastric motility by EA at RN12 + BL21 (Figures 5(a)–5(c)).
