Among these 11 genes, the expression levels of all but TARBP1 were positively related to the infiltration levels of B cells, CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells in HCC tissues, suggesting that higher expression levels of these 10 genes indicate an advantage for cancer immunotherapy (Figure 10A–10C and Supplementary Figure 9).
