Among these 11 genes, the expression levels of all but TARBP1 were positively related to the infiltration levels of B cells, CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells in HCC tissues, suggesting that higher expression levels of these 10 genes indicate an advantage for cancer immunotherapy (Figure 10A–10C and Supplementary Figure 9). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is cancer.
