Relative up-regulation (>2-fold difference) in mRNA expression levels between CCA tissues and NT of p53 or its target genes was found only in a few cases (0-3 cases (0-10%); 2.5-40.3 folds), while the down-regulation (< 0.5-fold difference) was in majority of the cases (up to 29 cases (97%); 0.00-0.40 fold) (Figure 1).
