Results showed that APOBEC3A (r = −0.14, P = 0.012), APOBEC3B (r = −0.21, P = 3e−4), APOBEC3D (r = −0.12, P = 0.033), and APOBEC3G (r = −0.11, P = 0.048) were statistically correlated with LOXL2 in cervical cancer (Figure 4C) and the APOBEC3C, APOBEC3F and APOBEC3H were not correlated (Supplementary Figure 4), the correlation coefficient seem to not be significantly correlated. The gene discussed is APOBEC3A; the disease is cervical cancer.
