Hence, those six Wnt-related genes were upregulated in the high ITGBL1 expression group and had co-expression relationship with ITGBL1. The encoded proteins of those six genes could bind to CTNNB1, and CTNNB1 could bind to ITGBL1, which suggested that CTNNB1 played an important role in the regulatory mechanism of ITGBL1 in the metastasis of CRC. This evidence concerns the gene ITGBL1 and colorectal carcinoma.
