Notably, we did not observe the direct association of TET3 with these factors, and found that several tumor suppressor genes (CDKN2B, ZIC2, and miR-196a) and oncogenes (PAX2, IL2RA, SOX11, and PAK7) were associated with TET3 in AML biology [16–22]. The gene discussed is CDKN2B; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
