CDK4 and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma: Finally, we measured the effect of NEAT1 on GLI1 and proliferation-related proteins, including cyclin D1, CDK4 and p27, and found that decreased GLI1, cyclin D1 and CDK4 expression accompanied by increased p27 expression was present after miR-34b-5p overexpression (Fig. 2g), indicating that miR-34b-5p might suppress DLBCL cell proliferation.
