ZDHHC5 and neoplasm: Our results revealed that ZDHHC5 was a direct target gene of miR-96-5p, and miR-96-5p silence reduced cell viability, increased cell apoptosis, and suppressed cell migration and invasion in MGC-803 cells, while ZDHHC5 silence partly reversed the effects of miR-miR-96-5p down-regulation on tumor cell growth and metastasis.
