TNFSF10 and glioblastoma: During the progression of glioblastoma and lung cancer, miR-30c has been proved to be closely related with tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL), which caused the apoptosis of cancer cells without killing the normal cells in vivo. The results of Quintavalle C's investigation showed that the expression levels of miRNAs, especially miR-30 b/c and miR-21, were significantly increased in the TRAIL-resistant glioma cells.
