Conversely, PRDX6 knockdown significantly inhibited tumor growth (P < 0.01, Figure 6D, 6E and 6F), decreased PCNA protein expression, and enhanced green TUNEL fluorescence, which demonstrated that downregulation of PRDX6 suppressed the proliferation, and promoted the apoptosis of cervical cancer in vivo (Figure 7B and 7D).
