Multivariate Cox analysis confirmed that high iASPP and METTL3 expression were independent poor prognostic factors for 5-year RFS (p=0.034 and 0.045, respectively), DMFS (p=0.005 and 0.001, respectively), PFS (p=0.004 and 0.001, respectively) and OS (p=0.006 and 0.004, respectively) in patients with early stage cervical cancer (Table 3).
