We therefore investigated the effects of omega-3 at 2-g and 4-g doses on vascular endothelial function (as measured by FMD), TG levels and other lipid levels under fasting and postprandial conditions in patients with concurrent hypertriglyceridemia receiving HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors.
