In spite of the well-known role of miRNAs’ regulation of TF, the role of microRNAs in most of clinical presentation of APS can be only reviewed indirectly from studies in other pathological states as venous deep thrombosis [127,128], severe trauma-related hypercoagulation state [129], prethrombotic states in coronary vascular disease [130], thrombosis- inflammation response [131,132], or hemophilia. The gene discussed is TF; the disease is autoimmune polyendocrinopathy.
